Quarry Station Under Construction

Construction has begun on a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit project located in Manassas, VA. The 3-story apartment building, Quarry Station, currently consists of 79 senior affordable housing units. The scope of the project includes constructing a new 2-bedroom unit, renovating 8 of the units to meet UFAS accessibility requirements, and modifications to the common areas. A fitness room and picnic area are being added to their already ample amenities undergoing renovation; which include a tv room, hobby room, library, and more. Replacement of lights, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical systems throughout the building will provide more comfortable, efficient environments inside tenant units and out; while new flooring and finishes will update the aesthetic. We look forward to collaborating with Wesley Housing and Harkins Builders to deliver the project by the end of the 2022.
