Design of Northway Eleven Clubhouse

Studio 343 is excited to share the design of a new clubhouse and amenity hub at Northway Eleven in Ballston Lake, New York. Having previously partnered with Eagle Rock Properties on projects throughout the Northeast, we were pleased to be selected to help bring their vision for an enhanced resident experience to life.

The project will transform a vacant portion of the property into a vibrant community destination centered around a new 3,735-square-foot clubhouse, swimming pool, pickleball court, playground, and outdoor gathering spaces. Inspired by a Mountain Modern aesthetic, the clubhouse will feature dramatic gable roofs, exposed timber, stacked stone, and floor-to-ceiling glazing to create a warm, contemporary feel.

Inside, residents will find a fitness center, gathering spaces, coworking areas, leasing offices, and other amenities designed to support everyday convenience and community connection. Together, the indoor and outdoor spaces will create a welcoming environment for residents to gather, connect, and enjoy the community.

Studio 343 provided architectural design services and worked closely with the Eagle Rock team to bring this vision to life. We look forward to seeing this exciting addition take shape at Northway Eleven.
