ezStorage Burtonsville

We are excited to see ezStorage located in Burtonsville, Maryland under construction. With 45 locations throughout the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC areas, this is their first new facility since the ezStorage Elkridge facility was completed in 2010. Slated to open in spring 2016 with a LEED silver certification, the building includes two stories below grade and three stories above. The design process was started in 2009 but the project was delayed for governmental review and approval as well as economic reasons. With multiple projects for ezStorage on the boards, we are thrilled to help their business grow.
