Spring Valley Apartments

Spring Valley Apartments located in St. Mary’s County has been beautifully upgraded.  Studio 343 was brought into the process by Humphrey Development to be the architect for this project which was funded through Maryland’s Department of Housing & Community Development’s Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.  The 128 unit community underwent extensive interior and exterior renovations which included modernization of the kitchens, enclosing existing stair lobbies, site improvements and remodeled fully accessible apartments for residents with disabilities.  Completed in 2014, Spring Valley’s community will provide quality, affordable housing for the workforce community for years to come.
